We saw an opportunity to provide superior quality instruments directly from factory to customer, cutting out the distributor layer. As a result, Surgipro brings the highest quality instruments to its customers at better than competitive prices.

Over the years our little company has not only grown its employee size but our warehouse space as well. We stock over 10,000 different surgical instrument patterns here in the central United States for easy distribution throughout the country and worldwide. We have an expert customer service staff that can answer any of your questions regarding surgical instruments or assist you in setting up an account for easy ordering. You can reach our customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week via e-mail (e-mails are responded to during our normal business hours). You can also reach us by phone during our normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time.

It’s like having an insurance policy on all your surgical instruments. All of our instruments are carefully examined at the factory and our warehouse prior to shipping to ensure each and every surgical instrument meets our exacting standards so you can expect consistency in all your orders and instrument patterns. In the unlikely event that an instrument you’ve purchased from us begins to show signs of corrosion or defectiveness, we’ll gladly replace it, free of charge, for the life of the instrument!
